What you need

cup cabbage

cup water

cup zucchini

lb pork butt
tbsp vegetable oil

white onion

clove garlic clove

tsp sesame oil

cup black beans
tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
1: Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in your non-stick pan. 2: Add the pork belly and cook for 4-5 minutes or until no longer pink. 3: Add all your vegetables - cabbage, zucchini, white onion, and garlic. Saute for 3 minutes. 4: Clear a space in the center and add 2 tbsp oil. Add the black bean paste and cook for 1 minute. 5: Combine everything in the wok until fully combined. Add 2 cups of water and close the lid. Allow to cook for 10 minutes. 6: Open the lid and add your cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. 7: Add the sesame oil. Turn off the heat. 8: Cook the jjajangmyeon noodles according to package instructions. 9: To serve, add noodles to each bowl and ladle the thick black bean sauce on top.
